Canceling your CopyCopter subscription is a straightforward process. Here’s how you can do it:
- Log in to Your Account:
- Visit CopyCopter.ai and log in to your account using your registered email and the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your inbox.
- Navigate to the Billing Section:
- Once logged in, go to the "Billing" section, which you can find in the main menu on the left side of your dashboard.
- View Your Subscription:
- In the Billing section, you'll see details about your current subscription plan, including the renewal date and payment information.
- Cancel Subscription:
- Look for the option to cancel your subscription. Click on it, and you'll be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- Confirmation:
- After cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
Important Notes:
- Unused Credits: Be aware that any unused credits will expire at the end of your billing cycle once you cancel your subscription.
- Reactivating Your Account: If you change your mind, you can easily reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan from the Billing section.
